Coriander Cows was set up with the intention to bring together the worlds of change management, marketing and communications and sustainability, in order to offer organisations a more rounded style of support.

Donna McKitterick, Director 

Set up Coriander Cows in 2012 to focus on bringing behaviour change and communications expertise into the sustainability space. 

Prior to setting up Coriander Cows, Donna was Head of Development and Strategy on the senior management team for Global Action Plan, the UK's leading environmental behaviour change charity, focused on development of new behaviour change programmes and developing the organisational brand and communications. Responsible for the three year charity partnership between Sky and Global Action Plan which won five awards for the thirteen different engagement campaigns created. Donna also acted as consultant to corporate partners looking to drive staff, consumer, or stakeholder engagement, designing internal and consumer focused engagement campaigns, tools and activities for companies including Sky, Waitrose, Veolia, RBS and Hammerson.

Prior to this Donna was corporate advisor on water efficiency for Thames Water, delivering the UK's largest scale public sector water efficiency project - Liquid Assets.  

Donna Initially trained in teaching and psychology before studying environmental management and sustainable business. For the past ten years Donna has focused on engagement and behaviour change around environmental management, sustainability and corporate social responsibility and continues to develop with professional qualifications including AIEMA, Certificate in Psychodynamic Counselling and Professional Coaching.

Our chosen web partner, Online Integrity have been fundamental in bringing our vision for The Butterfly Bank to life.  They were also our web partner for the creation of sustainability.hammerson.com and created survey apps for The Big Positive Weekend 2014.
